Nothing most likely: The mirena (levonorgestrel) has small amounts of hormones while oral contraceptives have hormones; a combination of two will be excessive. It may not cause any immediate harm but there is a risk of clot formation due to the excess hormonal treatment. Best Wishes Dr M
