Yes: Pre ejaculate has about 20 million sperm in it. In addition many men continue to make more pre ejaculate during sex, which again is why the pull out method is so lousy. Post coital (after sex) bleeding could be several things from you are already pregnant, to infection, to problem with endometrial lining. I would advise seeing your gyn to evaluate it and check a pregnancy test.

Pre-ejaculate/ bleed: Pre-ejaculate may contain large amounts of viable sperm (less common), smaller amounts of sperm that are dead or alive or no sperm. There is potential for pregnancy with pre-ejaculate. Sperm need to be deposited in vagina or at introitus for pregnancy to occur. Post - Coital bleeding is not normal and warrants medical evaluation
