Not quite with tube: Presume u wish to impregnate partner in which case ejaculated semen needs 2B placed high in vagina. Would be impossible from test tube, but possible from a syringe.(without needle). Thus, ejaculate into small clean glass container. Aspirate into 3 or 5ml syringe. Lubricate syringe with Normal Saline ; gently insert syringe as far as possible up vagina with partner lying face up with hips on pillow.
