Check neuro status: Get with a doctor that is board certified by the american board of anti-aging and regenerative medicine as I am and check vitamin levels, check hormonal levels and check for neurologic disease then supplement with the right vitamins (www.Wellnessplus.Org) and, if needed, bio-identical hormones for optimal levels and health.

Get seen: Usually this is due to an electrolyte imbalance, hyperthyroidism, low iron, medications, caffeine, stress, lack of sleep or some combination of the above. Benign fasiculations are possible. More scary neurological conditions involving twitching normally don't start everywhere at the same time.
