Scar: this is most likely a healing reaction, in other words, a potential scar. Unfortunately it tempts you to continue to bite the area, both intentionally and unintentionally. If you want it to heal, avoid doing that. A blood blister is a superficial bruise. the tissue was hurt and now it's trying to heal.
