Start now: Aropax or paroxetine is a short acting medication and is out of your system quickly. You can start cipramil or citalopram now as paroxetine is out of your system. It is possible to overlap the two medications too but carefully under the supervision of a psychiatrist. Good luck, keep in touch with your psychiatrist.
