See below: Deep breathing; tension-relaxation (e.g. Clenching fists tightly, holding it (count to 3 or 5) and then release it; closing your eyes tightly, holding it (count to 3 or 5) and release. Some guided imagery, but briefly. You can google for instructions.

Office Stress Help: Stress Management in the Office: • Do what you love • Love what you do • Focus on “Breath Is Life” • Keep saying until you run out of breath. • Take another deep breath and repeat the same. • Do it with 10 breaths • Do not focus on other thoughts, they will pass away like clouds on mountain • Visual Imagery of National parks or a Peaceful place you have visited • Medication • Music Relaxation
