Several options: Certainly following proper sleep hygiene would be helpful. Consider seeing a sleep physician as we can help guide you in various therapies including the use of melatonin, sleep restriction therapy, other sleep aids, et cetera. Keeping a two week sleep diary would be helpful. There are several online that you could google. I prefer the one from the aasm.
