Anything w/calories!: Seriously...There is no magic to staying slim--eat everything in moderation, avoid snacking between meals, minimize ingestion of alcohol or sugary drinks, look toward a diet well-balanced between all food groups but enjoy fruits and vegetables. And, oh yes, exercise!
