Yes-many benefits!: Snowboarding requires physical exertion & helps build balance and co-ordination. In general any physical exertion is beneficial. It is also healthful to be outdoors enjoying nature. Most find snowboarding to be fun & enjoyable; anything that gives pleasure & reduces stress has health benefits. Perhaps the only thing about snowboarding that may harm health is the potential for injury, so be careful!
