Passing out: If you feel dizzy, then lay down with legs elevated above your heart or squat with head down. I assume your heart is normal. Also hydrate before class. If you hab ve passed out or gotten dizzy with exercise before, then get an examination to make certain that you do not have some cardiac problem that would be potentially dangerous for exercising.

Conditioning: Krav maga can be fairly vigorous as it combines boxing, jiu-jitsu, wrestling, grappling & muay thai. Recommend becoming conditioned before starting krav maga classes. Good luck.

Don't overdo it!: I practice Krav Maga, and as long as you have a good heart, are well hydrated, (and know your limitations) you won't pass out. I have never seen anyone, even first timers pass out! If you are really out of shape, you may want to get a "stress test" at your doctor's first. As long as your heart and lungs are healthy, you will be fine. In my class there are 90 lb women and 60 yr old men training!
