Helps in long run: Hi, I also train in Krav Maga (as well as BJJ/MMA) and depending on your school, the training can be very intense, so initially you might be very sore,but as your body adapts to learning how to fall etc, it will become easier. Usually training is under controlled situations with pads, so injuries are rare. It's focus is on self defense, so eye pokes/groin strikes etc are taught - unlike sport BJJ
