Dalmane (flurazepam): Dalmane (flurazepam) is a hypnotic used for insomnia, on occasional basis, only at bedtime. I have never heard of it being used in the morning. Combining it with valium is bad idea, due to excess sedation.

No: Both medications cause sedation and cause more sedation and dizziness when taken together risk of falls or accident unless you work at night and sleep during daytime.
