Probably go down: Most likely your blood pressure will go down. Follow the dash diet rich in fruits, vegetables, low in salt. Aerobic exercise, and slow, sustainable weight loss to a health goal consistently will almost certainly bring your blood pressure down. If it doesn't medication and a good work up to rule out things like renal artery stenosis are in order.
