Bacteria fermenting : Your diet may be rich in fiber from fruits, whole grains, peas, beans vegetable, and your small intestine may not be digesting them. Bacteria in your gut will ferment these foods causing gas. If you are gassy after dairy, you could be lactose intolerant. You could be drinking too many carbonated drinks, or eating/drinking too fast sucking down air. If persistent see your doc.
