13 weeks pregnant had colposcopy and biopsy done today due too serve dysplasia, what now.....?

Cervical dysplasia: You will have repeat colposcopies in your 2nd and 3rd trimesters to make sure the dysplasia has not gotten worse. You can even deliver vaginally with severe dysplasia.
