BENADRYL (diphenhydramine): Just take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 50 mg of hcl or citrate. The most important is the benadryl (diphenhydramine).

Not really different: There really is no significant therapeutic difference between the two forms of diphenhydramine, which will work well for sleep in either dose.
