Depends: Sometimes hypoglycemia can be reactive. Consider cutting back on sugar and flour products, pour 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil and 1/2 tbsp coconut oil on over your food each meal, cook with coconut oil. Eat 3-4 oz of meat with each meal. Limit carbs. See if this helps.
