Auto-immune: These symptoms all are consistent with an auto-immune disorder. I would seek help from a rheumatologist for a diagnosis.

Have it evaluated.: Pain may be due to fracture, sprains, arthritis, muscle, nerve or tendon injuries. Have yourself and the feet evaluated so that you may get the appropriate care.
