If u have a + result at night and the conception indicator reads "2 - 3 weeks" is this reading just as accurate as the positive reading?

Similar: findings stated in different ways. Positive result says a pregnancy has implanted and is starting to grow, the other test indicates an estimated that you conceived, measuring HCG, hormone in both tests.
