Not one specific: I believe virtually any orthopedist can treat your problem you might want to see someone slanted toward sports medicine you will likely benefit from some physical therapy kind of hard to give you one name-pennsylvania is a very large state.

Many orthopedists: Specialize in a particular area. So try and see one who is a foot and ankle specialist. The feeling being the more they see of that condition the more experience they have.
