When should i see a doctor about a sprained ankle?

Depends on symptoms : Depends on the rate of symptom improvement. If it isn't getting better quickly with rest, ice and ace wrap you should be seen. Even if it isn't a fracture you might benefit from a splint

Swelling.: if there is swelling, pain, or inability to put weight on the leg, then you should see an orthopedic doctor.
