I have 1 very large tonsil & have noticed an ulcer that isn't healing on the same tonsil which has been growing over time, what would this be? im 23?

Get it checked: I really couldn't give you a straight answer unless i saw your tonsils. Even then some people even have asymmetrical tonsils and are just fine. However the ulcer is something i would have a physician take a look at.
