Probably home-made: Many cuisines can be made healthier by cooking traditional recipes after beneficial changes such as: replacing fatty meat with very lean meat, not using animal skin unless fat is scraped off, adding veggies, using much less salt/sugar, using nonfat milk/yogurt and lowfat cheese, avoiding oils & sauces, avoiding frying, etc... Restaurants don't cook this way because food wouldn't taste as "good".

Mediterranean diet: First of all, home cooking over restaurant food. Second, eat a Mediterranean diet. This diet (cuisine) can be found in books at the library (for free) or any number of websites such as https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mediterranean_diet
