? Reflux: If you have a clear nose and no sinus pain, gastroesophageal reflux could be the cause. Treated reflux can clear symptoms. Check with your physician.

I have had post nasal drip for awhile. I do have chronic sinusitis. The past couple days I feel like a gurgle in my throat after I swallow especially at night lying down. Can this be from the post nasal drip?
