Surgery?: You can try something that is called a waterpik in the usa. It's a small hand-held device that shoots a stream of water. You can try this to flush out the crypts. Beyond that, surgery could be done (tonsillectomy versus cryptolysis). Tonsil stones usually don't lead to any further medical complications so any treatment will need to take side effects & complications into account.
