Quite concerned: The symptom complex you describe could herald something very serious. She should have a complete physical examination and an ongoing evaluation based on the findings of her exam.

Very: While weight loss can be of help, the fainting and chest pain are not and need evaluation . She is out of balance of sugar or chemicals!

Have it evaluated: A person with chest pain needs to be evaluated and treated appropriately. Multiple possible causes may be: heart attack, esophageal reflux, anxiety, musculoskeletal, pneumonia, pulmonary embolus, and aortic dissection. Have it evaluated right away to prevent potential serious complications.
