Need to go to ER: It could be ulcers, esophagitis, gallbladder issue but u need to rule out heart attack. Call ur doc or go to er.

See the Dr.: Typical causes of this could be reflux and a hital hernia, however otehr causes could be heart trouble. I encourage you to see your physician.
