A member asked:

Is it truth that daily exercise results in higher values in blood test liver values and colesterol?so for a short period is bad for health?!

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: The claim that daily exercises raises serum cholesterol is demonstrably false. If you run a marathon, you'll deprive your liver of oxygen and it will leak enzymes ("liver tests") but it's harmless -- let your physician know so he/she can interpret the labs. I'm very glad you're staying fit and i'm sorry somebody's tried to make it a problem with bad information.
