I have lower abdomen pains , two days ago i thought i got my period and was spotting but the next day when i woke up there was no blood and then pains im getting are really bad , what could it be ?

Abdominal pain ?'s: If your periods have been "regular" (24-32 days apart) and there is a possibility of pregnancy, obtain a serum HCG test in 7 days to be certain about pregnancy. Stress (work, school, illness, etc) can delay ovulation, which will delay onset of menstruation. If the test is positive, see your gyn physician for an exam and other testing.
