Explain 'hurt': Presuming your 'hurt' is 'burning type' with 'sour' taste in mouth, it could be gerd related, commonly seen. If it is dull achy pain with sharp stabs it can be musculoskeletal like costochondritis ligament pull or muscle hurt, but then this will not leave a taste. If you actually have a bloody taste, then you might be having hemoptysis in which case, see a pulmonologist right away....
