Need attention: As i could understand, you have been bleeding after a a miscarriage, if it is heavy with clots, you should see your ob-gyn. You might have some remaining of conception such as a piece of placenta.

No: It is normal to have some bleeding with small clots up to a month after a miscarriage. The darker color is because it is old blood. If you are having pain, fever, foul smelling discharge, or heavy bleeding then you need to be evaluated by your physician.
