Hives: Earlobe can be treated with ice now i assume cause of hives not known need to see physician . If you develope any wheezing or respiratory compromise emergency room appropriate.

Hives anywhere: Hives can occur anywhere on the body and the swelling seen with hives called angioedema is usually seen around the eyes, lips, tongue or genital area. Swelling of the ears is not uncommon. Treatment would be the same.
