See Orthopedic MD: Most scaphoid casts are on for only two weeks and you should be pain free. You need an orthopedic surgeon consultation and probably a mri.

Scaphoid?: It is possible that your fracture is not healed and you may be developing a nonunion. It would be best to discuss this with your physician.
