Ectopic pregnancy: Better to have a blood test for HCG and consult ob/gyn, pelvic ultrasound may be needed if ectopic pregnancy is suspicious.

Don't ignore: The most likely reason is that you did not ovulate and may even have an ovarian cyst. However, an ectopic pregnancy is less likely but is serious and even if it is unlikely the possibility should not be ignored. See your gynecologist soon.
