Vaccination reaction: You may try an antihistamine safe for 2 month old. It may just be an injection reaction. If gets bigger or no improvement please see her doctor!

Heat: It may take a few days to resolve.I have heat does work, but maybe slowly.If not improving or worsening in size, may be infected.Check with your doctor.
