A shame, but options: 1)glanular hypospadias is a mild variant of normal so try & be open with potential sex partners, tell him in advance. It should not affect your performance & potential partner might be extra interested. 2)some surgical reconstruction, in spite of being circumcised, might be an option depending upon your anatomy. Pediatric urologists likely have most experience with such reconstruction. Good luck.

Seebelow: Unless you have chordee, there is no reason glanular hypospadias should affect your sex life other than psychologically. If it bothers you, get it repaired. Successful repair is common with glanular hypospadias but it will limit your sexual activity for 3 weeks or more.
