See your gyn: To r/o cuts , tears , or bleeding from inside the uterus, also rough or non rough anal sex can lead to tears, or cuts in the anus ad rectum, rarely perforation of the rectum which can be a disaster, incompetence of the anal sphincter over time which can lead to incontinence of gas and stool, bad hemmr., fissues, etc. And infection.
