Relapsing fever..: It has only been 3 days and this may simply be viral illness such as flu. But relapsing fever with headaches and body/joint aches is cause by certain bacterial species borrelia spirochetes (tick-born carried by certain rodents or louse-born carried by body louse). If your symptoms are getting worse or not better in a couple of more days, consult doc for eval. Motrin/tylenol may help. Good luck.
