Check out http://www.Nature.Com/ijir/journal/v24/n1/pdf/ijir201145a.Pdf in which no conclusive benefit to any single therapy in early 2012.

Reports encouraging: Topical verapamil used daily for 9 months is reported as reducing size of peyronie plaque, reducing penile curvature and complete resolution of pain. Fitch et al, journal of sexual medicine, march 2007 pages 477-84., also quoted at www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih/pubmed/17367443. Don't know if available in india, but, your local urologist should know. Good luck.
