A member asked:

Can my hives be from menopause or hormones?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hives and hormones: Hormonal fluctuations are a fairly common cause of hives. While we most frequently recognized hives in patients with autoimmune thyroid disease, we also see hives in patients at various stages of their menstrual cycles as well as during and after pregnancy/delivery.
