?virus: Possibly her pink etye was caused by a virus (viral conjunctivitis) and now she has a cold (virus) causing a fever. The infection could have been bacteria, and the drops helped the eyes, but now has other symptoms elsewhere. See a doctor for a definative answer, proper diagnosis with an examination, and then proper treatment as needed. Good luck.

May be viral: Many "pink eye" infections may be caused by a virus. Like most viral infections, they may last 7-10 days no matter what you do. A viral infection may involve a fever as well. Antibiotic eye drops will not really help a viral conjunctivitis (pink eye). If your child has a fever over 101 for more than a couple of days, or seems sicker, she should see her doctor again.
