Pain med and doctor: This could be from various things. I suggest taking an otc pain med like Motrin and if the pain persists after an hour see a doctor. It could be mastitis or inflammation or an issue in your chest or heart due to the location. I wouldn't sleep on it longer if the pain doesn't go away.
