Yes, likely normal: Endometrial ablation is a procedure to destroy the lining of the uterus with a goal of decreasing menstrual flow. The procedure causes a normal watery, bloody discharge for several weeks. During that time, many women will have increased cramping due to cervical dilation. This should pass quickly, and as long as you don't have an allergy, Ibuprofen works quite well for cramping. Best of luck.
