Mumps?: Not sure what you have but could be mumps. If they're red, it could be infection. Painful? Give more details!

Blocked duct: It is possible that the duct to your parotid gland may be blocked. Evaluation by an oral surgeon is recommended. If the swelling occurs during meal times, the diagnosis of a blocked duct is even more likely.
