Unlikely: At 9 weeks the fetus weighs 8 grams and is less than 1/4 inch long. The placental attachment is bigger than the fetus but only by 2-3X. You have likely not toned up your abdominal muscles completely after the last pregnancy & contents of bladder & bowel, specifically gas may make you be more prominent.
