Okay :): A professional tattoo should not affect a lipoma (fatty tumor). These benign growths that are often hereditary and are under the skin. Tattoos placed correctly is located above this fatty growth in the dermis (skin). I am assuming that these truly are diagnosed lipomas.

Think twice: I would think twice before doind this, since if the lipoma grows and you decide to have it cut out you will have a scar running through the tattoo. As the other physician stated, we are assuming the three growth are lipomas since there are three of them. Have you been told they are not cysts?
