No: Ok to use it. It will not discolor an intraocular lens.

No implant problem: While Phenazopyridine has a risk of discoloring contact lenses and clothing, there is no evidence or any reports that it discolors intraocular lens implants used in cataract surgery. It should be safe to use this medication at any time after the surgery.
