Keep trying: Chemical pregnancies probably happen more often than most women realize. Just keep trying. In general though take preconceptual prenatal vitamins to improve outcome and ask your OB if they order Progesterone levels as women with luteal phase defects sometimes need Progesterone supplementation to maintain the pregnancy.

Think positive: Avoid tobacco, caffeine, alcohol, illicit drugs ; unnecessary medications. Remain physically active and eat healthfully. Aim for at least 8 hours of sleep per night. Take your prenatal vitamins and keep all prenatal appointments. Take care.
