HCG: Increased HCG levels do not automatically mean pregnancy. Some tumors might secrete hcg, too. We would need to know more information -age, history of intercourse (s), etc.

Usually yes: Somewhere in that time frame assuming it is a normal preg, it it is that level a lot further along then the preg may not be viable.
